No “Selling” or “Sharing” of Consumer Information
Corgenix does not “sell” or “share” personal information of consumers as those terms are defined under the current U.S. consumer privacy laws. As an added assurance, individuals may also sign up for a Do Not Sell or Share My Information Log that Corgenix maintains. Limitations on Use of “Sensitive” Personal Information
Corgenix does not collect or use sensitive personal information for purposes that are separate or non-inferable from the reason for the collection of that information. We also take steps to ensure that any recipients of that information, such as third-party partners assisting us, are bound by written contracts requiring similar restrictions.

Exercising Your U.S. Consumer Privacy Rights

As a general rule, we will need to verify your identity before honoring your privacy right request. We will verify your identity by asking you to provide personal information related to your recent interactions with us. We will honor your privacy rights within the time periods specified in those laws (generally 45 days, except in extenuating circumstances.)

Use of a Third-Party Verified Agent
California consumers are also permitted to use a verified agent to exercise certain rights on their behalf, subject to the requirements under the California consumer privacy laws. Use of Global Privacy Controls
Corgenix also honors requests from U.S. residents that are submitted to us via the Global Privacy Controls feature offered through certain browsers. In accordance with those laws, we naturally will take steps to verify the request.
